hello..

Just now came back from training.Tired siak..Yesterday go gym untill tired.Just now late for training again.So must do 20 proper push-up.My body all cramp from yesterday.I sleepy sial now.

Later must go silat,sure got fitness.Then tommorow got match against under 35,past vs present.2.30 must be at junior school canteen.

K lah.i want to rest.bye.
